Introduction

Pioneering local craft brewery, Half Pints, approached the design agency, Tétro (my employer at the time), to come up with a design for their first canned beer, “Codename: Ghost.” Luckily, I was familiar with the flavour by a chance tasting at a local pub and was put on the project. The colours and pattern presented themselves almost instantly in my mind as I remembered the hoppy citrus flavours dancing on my tongue a few weeks prior. The brief called for a military theme that matched the already existing name, but also a touch of tropical to match the taste.
